Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Include your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
