Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Longevity Performance USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly first.
